Needed urban amenities are inserted in Bd.Ferdinand, in the form of a multi-functional complex, that offers a variety of free time activities: theater, shopping, reading, dancing, workshops, etc.
The emphasize lies on the public space, which is defined by a specific degree of privacy, meant to favor togetherness, in a comfortable, attractive ambient.
